ThermoFlex Plus |

| Thermo-Flex
Plus
is a heat transfer material suitable for most cotton,
cotton-polyester, wool, lycra, and other basic fabrics including many
athletic mesh fabrics. The self adhesive layer permits high speed
cutting, ultra-fine detail, and easy weeding. Cut in mirror image
through adhesive layer (dull side) to the plastic backing. Weed the
excess material and lay the cut pattern on the fabric. Cover the design
area with paper or cloth release sheet. Irons can be used, but for best
results, a heat press is preferred at 340Ί-350ΊF
for 20 seconds. When transfer is cool to the touch, peel away backing
sheet. Transferred image may be covered with a non-stick sheet and
re-heated if necessary. you should use firm or hard pressure for proper
transfer. Step by Step How-To |

DecoFilm |
|---|
|
DecoFilm is a foil like transfer film in bright shiny metallic and rainbow holographic varieties. Computer cut and heat transfer these films transfer at 320oF to 340oF with firm pressure for 10-15 seconds. They will adhere to many sportswear and t-shirt fabrics which can withstand the transfer application temperature, pressure and dwell time. |

|
Computer-Cut, Heat-Transfer Reflective Film for use on cotton/cotton-blend and nylon fabrics. Specialty Materials recommends the following procedure for applying both Ref-lite 9501 and 8500 Series Films: 1. Prepare design as mirror image Wash this product in cool water and tumble dry! |

ColorPrint |
|---|
|
ColorPrint is
a semi-gloss white material is designed for thermal transfer printing and computer plotter-cutting. It
transfers to most cotton and cotton blend fabrics as well as some textured synthetics. Transfer with firm pressure at
300Ί-315Ί
F for 30 seconds. Always peel cold. Works on all Roland Color-Camms including the new PC-12 and many
other thermal transfer printers using resin ribbons. |
|
ColorJet Print |
|---|
|
ColorJet Print can be used on any inkjet printer. Print correct reading, use an X-acto knife to cut around design (cut through Jet print material to the backing sheet). Peel design from sheet, cover with a siliconised release sheet, and press onto garment at 300o for 10 seconds to encapsulate inks and make print washable. Remove cover sheet when cool. If you are working with an inkjet print and cut system, the plotter will contour cut the design. You may then weed out the background and use a standard paper application tape to lift the design and transfer the pre-spaced image to the garment. Let the print cool and peel the application tape to finish the imprint. Always print right reading and allow the print to cool before removing the silicone sheet or application tape |
